2. Orders and Payment

When you place an order with Panhandle Roots:

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.
  • Payment is required in full before production begins.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Custom Artwork & File Submission

When submitting design files:

  • You are responsible for ensuring all submitted artwork is print-ready and meets our file specifications.
  • You confirm that you own or have rights to all content in your submitted files.
  • We are not responsible for errors in submitted artwork, including spelling, color, or layout issues.
  • Proofs are provided for review. Approval of a proof releases Panhandle Roots from liability for errors present at the time of approval.
  • We reserve the right to refuse files containing illegal, offensive, or infringing content.

4. Production & Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates based on standard production schedules. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to equipment failures, weather events, or carrier delays. Rush orders are prioritized but are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers. Please review our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final unless the error is on our part. If your order arrives damaged or contains a production error, contact us within 5 business days of receipt and we will work to make it right. We may request photos of the issue before issuing a replacement or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, graphics, text, and software, is the property of Panhandle Roots and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

8. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panhandle Roots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
